Welcome, and thank you for your interest in PlaynTest, a platform that provides AI-powered preparation and practice tools for standardized examinations such as the SAT (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlaynTest website, applications, software, tools, and related services offered through the Service.
PlaynTest is operated by PlaynTest LTD ("PlaynTest," "we," "us," or "our"). Before using the Service, please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any manner, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal data.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PlaynTest. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. PlaynTest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updated Terms will be made available via the Service, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Account" means a registered user account created to access the Service.
"AI Tutor" means any artificial intelligence–powered functionality provided through the Service, including explanations, hints, feedback, or adaptive learning features.
"Free Plan" means any version of the Service made available without payment, subject to feature limitations determined by PlaynTest.
"Paid Plans" means subscription-based offerings that require payment on a recurring or one-time basis in exchange for access to additional features or services.
"Guaranteed Programs" means specific paid educational programs offered by PlaynTest that include conditional score improvement guarantees and refund eligibility, subject to strict enrollment requirements and compliance with program rules, including but not limited to the Guaranteed 1500+ and Guaranteed 1400+ programs.
"Mock Exams" means simulated SAT practice exams designed to replicate the structure and experience of official digital SAT exams.
"Service" means the PlaynTest platform, including all content, tools, features, AI-powered systems, mock exams, analytics, live classes, recordings, and related services.
"Subscription Period" means the recurring billing interval applicable to a Paid Plan, such as monthly billing.
"User Content" means any content, data, files, images, or materials uploaded or submitted by a User through the Service.
The Service is intended for students preparing for standardized examinations, including high-school–aged users. There is no minimum age requirement to access the Service; however, Users who have not reached the age of legal majority in their country of residence ("Minor Users") may only use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By registering for or using the Service, Minor Users represent and warrant that their parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Policy and has consented to the Minor User's use of the Service. PlaynTest does not independently verify parental consent and does not collect personal information from parents or guardians unless explicitly required by law.
Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision of Minor Users' activities on the Service, including decisions related to exam preparation, study strategies, and participation in paid programs. PlaynTest does not provide educational certification, official exam registration, or guarantees of admission outcomes.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a Minor User has accessed the Service without your consent, you may contact us using the details provided in these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, Users must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their Account.
Each Account is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing Accounts, selling access, or allowing unauthorized third parties to use an Account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Users agree to notify PlaynTest promptly of any unauthorized use of their Account or any other breach of security. PlaynTest is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their credentials.
PlaynTest reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or present security or operational risks to the Service or other Users.
PlaynTest provides an online educational platform designed to support preparation for the Digital SAT and related standardized examinations. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI-powered practice sessions, simulated mock exams, performance analytics, score breakdowns, educational explanations, and optional live instructional components.
The Service offers two primary modes of use:
(a) Mock Exams, which simulate the structure and timing of digital SAT exams and are intended solely for practice purposes; and
(b) AI Practice Sessions, which provide automated feedback, hints, explanations, and adaptive difficulty adjustments based on User performance.
Certain Paid Plans and programs may also include access to live online classes, class recordings, homework assignments, progress tracking, and limited one-to-one instructional support. The availability, frequency, and format of such features may vary depending on the selected plan or program and may be modified by PlaynTest at any time.
PlaynTest is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or any official testing authority. References to standardized examinations are made solely for descriptive and educational purposes. The materials provided on this platform are independently created educational practice materials. They are not official SAT® materials and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board.
Some content on the platform may be generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems. While we strive for accuracy, materials may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying information.
The Service is provided as a learning aid only. Except as explicitly stated in relation to Guaranteed Programs, PlaynTest does not guarantee any specific exam score, score improvement, admission result, or academic outcome. Past performance statistics, testimonials, or average score increases presented on the platform or in marketing materials are illustrative and do not constitute individual guarantees.
PlaynTest reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, content, or pricing, at its discretion, without liability to Users.
The Service incorporates artificial intelligence–based systems, including the AI Tutor, to provide automated educational assistance. These AI-driven features generate explanations, hints, feedback, and learning recommendations based on available data, algorithms, and training materials.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. While PlaynTest aims to deliver high-quality and accurate assistance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or subjective interpretations. Users acknowledge that AI outputs are not a substitute for independent study, professional instruction, or official exam materials.
Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret and apply any AI-generated content. PlaynTest makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose, including exam performance or academic decisions.
PlaynTest does not monitor or review all AI-generated interactions in real time and disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI outputs. Users agree that they use AI features at their own risk and that any decisions or actions taken based on such outputs are their sole responsibility.
PlaynTest reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue AI features at any time, including for performance, safety, or compliance reasons, without prior notice.
PlaynTest offers access to the Service through a combination of Free Plans and Paid Plans. Features, limits, and pricing associated with each plan are described on the platform and may be updated from time to time at PlaynTest's discretion.
Paid Plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a Paid Plan, you authorize PlaynTest and its designated third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Polar.sh, to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges to your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each Subscription Period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each Subscription Period and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. PlaynTest does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Paid Plans in the event of payment failure, chargebacks, or disputes initiated through a payment provider.
PlaynTest reserves the right to change pricing, subscription terms, or available features at any time. Any price changes will apply prospectively and will not affect fees already paid for a current Subscription Period. Continued use of a Paid Plan after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Paid Plans without prior notice. Taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed by third-party providers. PlaynTest does not store full payment card information and is not responsible for errors, outages, or security incidents arising from third-party payment systems.
Except as expressly set forth in Section 9 (Guaranteed Programs), all payments made to PlaynTest are final and non-refundable. This applies to all Paid Plans, subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, and add-on services.
Users acknowledge that access to digital educational content, AI-powered features, live classes, recordings, and platform resources begins immediately upon payment. Accordingly, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time, early cancellation, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
PlaynTest does not provide refunds for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, exam plans, technical issues on the User's side, or failure to meet personal study goals.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's Account and permanent loss of access to the Service.
Refund eligibility exists only for Users enrolled in explicitly designated Guaranteed Programs and only if all applicable requirements and conditions are strictly met, as described in the following section.
This Section governs all PlaynTest programs that include a conditional score improvement guarantee and refund eligibility ("Guaranteed Programs"). Guaranteed Programs are separate contractual offerings and are subject to stricter requirements than standard Paid Plans.
Participation in a Guaranteed Program constitutes acceptance of all terms in this Section in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Guaranteed Programs are offered on a limited basis and require prior eligibility verification by PlaynTest. Enrollment is not automatic and is subject to approval.
The score improvement guarantee applies only if the User:
(a) meets all enrollment requirements;
(b) complies fully with all attendance, homework, engagement, and conduct rules; and
(c) completes the applicable official SAT exam within the specified exam window.
Failure to comply with any requirement or rule results in immediate cancellation of the guarantee and forfeiture of refund eligibility, without exception.
Guaranteed Programs are billed as recurring subscriptions. Refund eligibility does not alter billing obligations during participation.
PlaynTest reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility, compliance, engagement level, and whether guarantee conditions have been met.

Refunds, if approved, are issued only after verification of official SAT score results and confirmation of full compliance with all program rules.
Refunds apply solely to subscription fees paid for the applicable Guaranteed Program and do not include taxes, transaction fees, or fees charged by payment processors.
No refunds are issued for partial participation, early withdrawal, missed exams, or voluntary discontinuation of the program.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
All determinations regarding eligibility, compliance, engagement, attendance, homework completion, and refund approval under Guaranteed Programs are made solely by PlaynTest and are final and binding.
Users agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. Any misuse of the Service undermines its integrity and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Users must not, directly or indirectly:
PlaynTest reserves the right to investigate violations and to suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice or refund if a User is found to have violated these Terms.
The Service may allow Users to upload or submit certain materials, including files, images, or other content, for educational or administrative purposes ("User Content").
Users retain ownership of their User Content. However, by uploading or submitting User Content, Users grant PlaynTest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, analyze, and use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.
Users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable laws.
PlaynTest is not obligated to review, store, or maintain User Content and reserves the right to remove or delete User Content at any time, with or without notice. PlaynTest is not responsible for loss or damage to User Content.
Users acknowledge that uploading sensitive personal information is done at their own risk and that PlaynTest does not guarantee the confidentiality of User Content beyond the measures described in the Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, user interfaces, content, questions, explanations, AI models, AI-generated outputs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to PlaynTest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, PlaynTest grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from PlaynTest.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the User. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PlaynTest.
Users may terminate their Account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and canceling any active subscriptions through their Account settings or the applicable payment provider.
PlaynTest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a User's Account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if the User violates these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, fails to make required payments, or poses a risk to the Service, other Users, or PlaynTest.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to the User under these Terms immediately cease. Termination does not relieve the User of payment obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaynTest disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
PlaynTest does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects. Educational outcomes, exam scores, and academic results depend on numerous factors beyond PlaynTest's control. Except as explicitly stated in relation to Guaranteed Programs, PlaynTest makes no guarantees regarding exam performance or score improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaynTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of educational opportunity, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall PlaynTest's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount paid by the User to PlaynTest during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlaynTest, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Users access the Service voluntarily from jurisdictions outside Kazakhstan and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.
PlaynTest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on the Service, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, the User must discontinue use of the Service.
